Yes, one pause per year (up to 60 days) is allowed without losing your locked-in rate.

A 12-hour notice is required before each class. For class packs (10 and 20 sessions) and single classes, late cancellations and no-shows result in the loss of the session credit. For unlimited memberships, a late cancellation incurs a $10 fee and a no-show incurs a $15 fee. To cancel a membership, a 30-day notice is required.
